75bdx Terms and Conditions — Know before you register

1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the 75bdx website and its associated services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 75bdx and its members.

The 75bdx platform operates under an international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in compliance with both Bangladeshi and international law. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the platform.

The 75bdx Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali as the original language, and the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative over any translated version.

2 Account Register

To register an account with 75bdx, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information — including full name, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number.
• No individual may open more than one account. Multiple accounts from the same device, email address, mobile number, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• Registering with false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Identity Verification (KYC)

75bdx reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete. The verification process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

3 Deposits and Payments

75bdx supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Banking — Minimum BDT 500, maximum BDT 50,000 per transaction
• Nagad — Minimum BDT 500, maximum BDT 50,000 per transaction
• Rocket — Minimum BDT 500, maximum BDT 30,000 per transaction

Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, please contact the support team with your transaction reference number.
• 75bdx does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, charges from your payment provider may still apply.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on 75bdx are processed through a fully transparent system. For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically completed within 1–24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is still active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• For suspicious transactions, 75bdx may request additional verification and processing may be temporarily delayed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

75bdx regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which can be found in full on the relevant offer page.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion can only be used once per member, unless otherwise stated.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (typically 20x–35x).
• The maximum withdrawal limit on bonus winnings will be specified in the terms of the relevant bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met by placing bets on specified games; not all games may contribute equally toward wagering calculations.
• If the wagering conditions are not met before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

If 75bdx determines that a member is abusing a bonus — such as through bonus arbitrage, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or attempting to meet wagering requirements via low-risk bets — 75bdx reserves the right to void that bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on 75bdx use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology verified by independent third-party auditing firms. This means every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) percentage, which can be found in the game information section.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the affected round will be considered void and the wager will be refunded.
• 75bdx is not liable for disconnections during gameplay; however, round outcomes will be determined based on server logs.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final and will be verified against server records.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75bdx platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Colluding with other members to inflate bonuses or winnings.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

75bdx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If registration with false information is proven.
• If you fail to respond to an identity verification request.
• If suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Any balance left in a closed account that is not claimed within 30 days may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

75bdx is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider.
• Any losses resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Personal financial losses resulting from a member's own gaming activity.

In the event of a technical error or system outage, 75bdx will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Should an error result in abnormal winnings, 75bdx reserves the right to correct the affected amount.

10 Privacy

75bdx treats the protection of members' personal data as its highest priority. Information we collect is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and security purposes.

• Personal information is never sold to any third party.
• Information is not shared outside the relevant authorities except where required by law.
• All data is protected through SSL encryption.

11 Changes to the Rules

• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
